We had an incredible honeymoon stay in this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, always ready to help us call a taxi or give us directions to get to the nearby attractions. This hotel is well-located and close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, and bars. Additionally, it was easy to find public transport like becak or taxi. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the rooftop pool and loved the Christmas decorations. The cleanliness was great, and the breakfast was nice.

The rooftop pool was nice and clean, with a great view of the city. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, and the breakfast was tasty with a variety of options to choose from. The location was also convenient, as it was close to many attractions and restaurants.
Our Christmas stay was not as enjoyable as we hoped. The room was quite small and cramped, with outdated furniture and dingy bedding.

The hotel room was cozy and clean with a comfortable bed. the location was great, close to restaurants and shops.
The breakfast was below average with limited options and no variety. the staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming upon our arrival.

The hotel is located in a prime tourist area, with easy access to transportation on a taxi or beca, and close to the downtown area. the room and bathroom are very clean, with white sheets and duvet covers that have been changed regularly. the friendly staff provides good service and the hotel restaurant offers a nice variety of Indonesian and European fare.
The hotel is let down by the poor maintenance of the swimming pool, with unclear water and inadequate staff for safety.
